Returns and exchange policies
Within 48 h return or exchange policy for unpacked, unwashed, unworn and unaltered items
- 48 h after official shipping delivery time by carriers
- Eligible for ‘New items’ with original receipt – Items must be in their original state (unpacked, unwashed, unworn, unaltered).
- Eligible for ‘In the box damaged Items’ with original receipt.
- Not eligible: ‘Final Sale items’ cannot be returned or exchanged: Underwear, Socks, Masks, Mouth guard
- Not eligible: does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products.
- The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to XOB prior to any refund or exchange being issued.
- The customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return. Shipping cost will be refunded or deducted if items were indeed ‘In the box damaged Items.’
- XOB cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages and recommends that customer place tracking numbers on returned merchandise.
- Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
- XOB RMA Department will send an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institutions. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- This policy does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products.
- DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ‘RMA CONFIRMATION NUMBER.’ THE FIRST STEP IS TO FILL THE ‘RMA FORM’ BELOW. (Shipments received without ‘RMA NUMBER’ on the package will be returned to the sender.)
