SHIPPING COSTS OVERVIEW:

• Ground Shipping Service is available for orders shipped within Canada only.
• Free Shipping promotions within Canada are sent via ground only.
• Free Shipping excludes heavy bags, *overweight and/or oversized items.
• Shipping cost, tax, custom fees and additional shipping surcharges (if applicable) will be calculated during checkout, based on your shipping address.
• Orders under $75 CAD containing no heavy items are a flat rate of $12.95 CAD for standard shipping within Canada.
• Orders under $250 USD containing no heavy items are a flat rate of $19.95 USD for standard shipping within the USA.
• International shipping fees and surcharges, outside Canada and the USA, will be calculated at checkout or within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping surcharge of heavy and oversized items will be calculated within 24h (business hour) of order request.
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays).
• Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days after the order is received.
• Delivery time is weather dependent and depends on where your order is being shipped.
• Large equipment orders (such as heavy bags and stands) may be shipped directly by freight carriers (LTL).
